We invest in companies with revenues of SEK 25-400m with prospects of becoming a 40% company (sum of growth and EBITDA-margin).
We seek significant ownership and board representation in order to align the interests of entrepreneurs, management and investors.
We look for companies with committed organizations and sound company cultures.
