Leif has over 20 years of experience from managing and growing SaaS companies. Previous positions include member of funding team IBX, CEO of IBX, President of eBuilder and CEO of Unifaun.

At Monterro, Leif is focused on conducting operational due diligence and providing operational support to Monterro’s portfolio companies.

Martin has over 25 years of experience in the software industry as CEO and investor. Previous positions include CEO of Outpost24 and Episerver, board member of Episerver.

At Monterro, Martin is focused on providing operational support to Monterro’s portfolio companies.

Kim holds a BSc in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and has completed officer training with the Danish Emergency Management Agency in Birkerød.

He brings extensive experience from roles at the Danish Emergency Management Agency, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and as COO at e-conomic, an online accounting company. Most recently, he served as CEO of Umbraco, an open-source content management system.

At Monterro, he serves on the boards of AG Analytics, Umbraco, and Bliksund, while also playing a key role in identifying new investment opportunities, supporting due diligence processes, and further developing Mfusion.

Fabian has six years of management consulting experience from Bain & Company and BearingPoint, where his primary focus areas were operations and private equity.

Fabian is responsible for operational excellence programs across the portfolio and commercial due diligence. He is a board member in Trapets and Viedoc. He is currently the COO of Caspeco.

Helena has held senior leadership positions in private and listed companies for 20+ years. Previous positions include CEO and CFO of Pricer, CFO of Edgeware, Partner/COO at Navigio, as well as numerous board assignments of which Hexatronic, Profoto and Micro Systemation are on-going.

At Monterro, Helena has a finance lead function where she provides operational support with a particular focus on CFO-related matters to Monterro’s portfolio companies.

Pauline has three years of experience from management consulting at Boston Consulting Group and business analytics at Cabonline. Her responsibilities at Cabonline included analytics, business intelligence, product management and business development.

Niklas has an extensive experience in developing growth and M&A strategies as well as performing due diligence assessments. He has previously worked at Strategy&, part of PwC, with a focus on Software and Technology industries.

Daniel has 5+ years of experience working with corporate and M&A strategy as well as commercial due diligence. He has previously worked at EY-Parthenon as a Engagement Manager where he focused on the technology industry in general and the software industry specifically.

At Monterro, Daniel supports the portfolio companies in operational excellence programs, commercial due diligence and data analysis.

Andreas has 5+ years of management consulting experience from Bain & Company and Qvartz, where he worked primary with strategy and private equity.

Martin has 3+ years of experience from working within commercial due diligence, pricing strategies, and integration at Bain & Company. Prior to joining Monterro, Martin worked at Tink where where he drove the company's expansion efforts, particularly in the United States.

Christoffer brings extensive expertise in strategy, M&A and operational excellence with previous experience from an executive leadership role in a private equity-owned firm as Head of Strategy & PMO and responsible for leading Post-Merger Integration programme at EG and +5 years of experience in management consulting, specializing in strategy development and M&A at Implement Consulting Group.

At Monterro, Christoffer is responsible for operational excellence, strategic initiatives and commercial due diligence across the portfolio.

Charlotte has an extensive experience in B2B Marketing and PR from both scale ups and larger companies, such as Salesforce, Wiraya, Telia and Ericsson.

At Monterro, Charlotte is responsible for marketing and supports the portfolio companies in marketing strategy and operation.

Amanda has previous experience in marketing and event from both scale ups and larger companies such as Stockholm Live, Techarenan and AniCura.

At Monterro, Amanda works with marketing and is responsible for the events.

Jessica brings over 16 years of expertise in marketing, specializing in implementing demand generation and growth strategies for B2B SaaS companies, including Nexus Technology, Medius, and Matilda FoodTech.

At Monterro, she leads the digital marketing strategy and operations, while also serving as a trusted advisor on digital marketing and lead generation for Monterro’s portfolio companies.

Johan has 20 years of experience in executive search across Europe, primarily for the technology sector and Fortune 100 companies as well as high-growth technology start-ups. He is the former founder and MD of Head Executive Search (acquired by Penna Plc), Penna Spain and Cross Executive Search.

At Monterro Johan is heading Monterro's Talent offer, he assists the portfolio companies with senior recruitments and Talent Management matters.

Geraldine has 15 years of experience in search and talent acquisition, mainly focusing on senior positions and the tech & engineering space. Prior to joining Monterro, she was partner at search firm Talentia and built an in-house talent acquisition team at Sveriges Radio.

Elin has since her graduation from the university in 2020, worked on the Stockholm-based law firm Setterwalls, specializing mainly on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Hieu has more than 20 years of experience in setting up, managing and operating business and software development teams. Previous positions includes VP and Managing Director at EPiServer.

At Monterro, Hieu is responsible for operations and business development at Scandinavian Software Park, and managing establishment and growth of our portfolio companies’ engineering teams in Vietnam.

Fredrik has over 20 years of experience in the software industry in roles ranging from software engineer to senior engineering executive. Previous position includes senior vice president engineering at Optimizely (former Episerver).

At Monterro, Fredrik has a tech lead function where he is supporting leadership in portfolio companies in R&D and product matters.

Huong has more than 10 years of experience in operating, leading and coaching software development teams and being a local business partner. Previous positions includes Deputy Managing Director at EPiServer, Vietnam.

At Monterro, Huong manages the Vietnam office operations and Scandinavian Software Park.

10+ years of experience from HR and office management. Previously came from Episerver Vietnam.

At Monterro, Giang is a team assistant in Hr & administration at Scandinavian Software Park in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Huong has more than 7 years of experience in IT industry with roles of recruitment management, staffing and other HR development activities. Previous positions as Recruitment Leader at Vin3S – Vingroup, Vietnam.

Linh has 6 years of experience in auditing, accounting and finance field. Previous positions includes Senior Auditor in Grant Thornton Vietnam and Chief Accountant & Finance controller in a Dutch civil engineering company in Vietnam

At Monterro, Linh is responsible for internal accounting and financial controlling for the companies in Scandinavian Software Park.

Trang has +5 years experience in talent acquisition, with a distinct focus on senior-level positions within the technology and engineering sector. Previously her role was Talent Acquisition Leader at Positive Thinking Company and to assist partners to build robust software development teams in Vietnam.

Roald has worked with corporate finance for twelve years at Alpha Corporate Finance, and has an extensive experience from investments in software companies.

At Monterro, Roald is Country Manager for Norway and sources new platform investments and assist portfolio companies with add-on acquisitions.

Victor has 10+ years of experience from the Nordic TMT growth scene. Most recently he was part of building up SEB’s small cap and tech/growth focused corporate finance unit. Before that he was a first-ranked IT / tech analyst at SEB.

Anna has more than 13 years of experience working with corporate finance. Before starting at Monterro, Anna was partner and head of M&A at Grant Thornton working close with entrepreneurs helping them find a suitable investor who could help them accelerate their growth journey. Prior to Grant Thornton Anna worked at ABG Sundal Collier.

At Monterro, Anna is responsible for add-on acquisitions.

Erik brings more than 10 years of experience from finance roles in Stockholm and London. Before starting at Monterro, Erik focused on TMT investment banking at DNB Markets, executing both private M&A, take-private and ECM transactions. Prior to that he worked at Arma Partners in London focusing on cross-border TMT M&A. Before that he worked with financial due diligence at PwC. 

At Monterro, Erik will focus on add-on acquisitions.

Adam has worked within M&A the past 7 years and has successfully completed over 30 transactions.

Henrik brings 2 years of experience from several institutes such as KPMG, Nordea, and FSN. Before joining Monterro, Henrik worked at GRO Capital with identifying and evaluating investment opportunities within the technology domain.
